How To Start The Application Process
Fill out the application below (some made need to print out) or pick up from our office. Please provide all necessary documents and complete all fields on the application. Return to our office directly or via email/fax/mail.
Our office will begin processing the applications in the order received. Processing times vary, but normally take one to three business to complete. Once your application has been processed you will be contacted via phone or email.
If your application is approved you will be contacted to set up a showing of the available property you are interested in.

Do you have an application fee? No.
Can I send in my ID and pay-stubs later? Yes, however we will not process your application until all documents have been received.
I can't fill out the application online? If you are unable to fill out the application online you can print it out or pick up a paper copy from our office.
What are credit references? Any type of bill that's currently in your name - cell phone, car insurance, utility, credit card, etc.
Does each person have to fill out an application? Yes, each person 18 years or older needs to fill out their own application.
What if I have no rental history? Some owners will accept a co-signer. If you think you may need one, fill out the co-signer formed and attach it to your application.
Is my application only good for the place I'm interested in? Your application is good for all properties listed through Smucker Team Realty.
How long do you keep my approved application? Normally we keep approved applications on file for three to six.
